The heart behind Rhovira is our founder, Austin Redmond
Before creating Rhovira, Austin worked directly in the aesthetics industry — both client-facing with doctors, dermatologists, and medical practices as well as on the marketing side for medical spas. That experience gave him a unique perspective most agencies don’t have.
While working inside clinics, Austin noticed a huge gap: most marketing agencies didn’t truly understand the treatments, the patient experience, or the personability factor it takes to connect with aesthetic patients. They could run ads, but they didn’t know how to speak the language of Botox, fillers, lasers, and facials — or what those treatments really mean for patients.
That’s when Rhovira was born. An agency built specifically for aesthetics — not just to “profit off the industry,” but to help it thrive.
